That top photo reminds me of the chocolate and lemon merengue pies my aunt May used to make. As they cooled, the merengue would "perspire" tiny amber beads of caramelized sugar on the top. Is there a faerie whose job it is to bead the flowers with dew? There must be! I wonder what she'd look like? I bet she wears a cap made from a pea blossom. . .
