It is indeed. P 152, there is a huge fountain with a green dragon reaching up to the sky. Both City of Dragons and Blood of Dragons are wonderful, absorbing, brilliant reads.

I would love to capture a dragon, but so far all I have is a tame dinosaur that hides behind the cupboard in the reading corner.
